W Barcelona 1st Aniversary
In October 2010, to celebrate the 1st Anniversary of W Barcelona’s opening, several commemorative events took place, aimed both at the public and institutional sectors, as well as the media. For this special occasion, W Barcelonawanted to express its gratitude to the public and to the media by hosting a celebration in the Extreme WOW Suite. Located on the 25th floor, the celebration in the suite allowed all guests to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and ofBarcelona’s skyline. IT Comunicación managed media relations, invites and follow-up for both the media and guests, and all aspects related to the organization and production of these events. More over, IT Comunicación was also responsible for the creation of all press materials and coordinating the design of all graphic materials (such as invitations etc.).
